Refund Policies

Web Hosting and Virtual Private Servers

If the Customer cancels service and applies for a refund before the payment period has ended, the customer will receive a refund for any remaining full months in the period. No portion of any setup fees will be refunded. All requests for cancellations of service must be in writing. The Customer may send a cancellation request by fax to 305-274-9593, attn: Director of Blue Reef Consulting, Inc.

Contracted Services

If the Client halts work and applies to the Director of Blue Reef Consulting, Inc., 7785 SW 86 St. Suite 417, Miami, FL 33143, phone 305-274-8393, for a refund within 30 days of the signing of this Contract, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of $50, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the Client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the Client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate of $50. No portion of this initial payment will be refunded unless written application is made within 30 days of signing this contract.

Other Services

Once work on the service has begin, no refunds will be allowed unless explicitly provided for in a guarantee at the time of purchase. To request a refund, the Customer must submit a written cancellation request to the Director of Blue Reef Consulting, Inc., 7785 SW 86 St. Suite 417, Miami, FL 33143. the Customer may send a cancellation request by fax to 305-274-9593, attn: Director of Blue Reef Consulting, Inc.

Software Sales

No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via download from the Internet. For software delivered by US Postal Service or any private courier, refunds will only be given for unopened software. In such cases, only the purchase price of the software will be refunded; shipping and handling costs will not be refunded to the Customer.
